DOJANG RULES

  1.  No shoes allowed in the dojang
  2.  Students must bow to the instructors before entering and leaving the dojang
  3.  Students must answer instructors and blackbelts with yes or no sir/ma’am
  4.  Students must meditate or stretch before class
  5.  Use polite language at all times
  6.  Students must respect and listen to parents/guardians  at all times
  7.  Students must bring report cards every marking period
  8.  Less talk, more training
  9.  Students should bring a water bottle to class to maintain  hydration

SPARRING RULES

  1.  White belts cannot spar
  2.  All color belts must have appropriate fighting gear that includes head gear, mouthpiece, chest protector, foot and hand pads.  (Also cup for male students).
  3.  Free fight teaches self-control, practices good  techniques, develops confidence and respect.  It also  teaches you how not to lose your temper against your  opponent.
  4.  Learn from your mistakes.
